We spent 4 days in Barcelona and this was the BEST restaurant by far! The food, service and value for money were exceptional! A Italian lady living in Barcelona saw us using our phone in the street and told us to put them away as it wasn’t safe. Sylvie if you are reading this THANK YOU!! The set 3 course menu for €25pp was fantastic! Superb wine for €17 a bottle too!

Dolça Hermínia is a true culinary delight in the heart of the city. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both casual lunches and special dinners. The food is consistently excellent – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly elevated our experience was the outstanding service, especially from Anna and Heidi who were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, kind, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Their recommendations were spot on, and they handled everything with grace and a smile. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The decor here is great. It really feels like a high class restaurant. The menu has a good variety of food for a very reasonable price. The staff here could really improve though. I asked if the gyozas with fried and crunchy and she said YES crunchy. They were steamed and pan fried for 1 second so nothing crunchy. (I asked because I get goosebumps from eating the steamed ones due to the texture.) If I known I would have ordered one of the many other nice looking starters. Not even the strawberries and the strawberry jam on the plate could hide the fact it’s pretty tasteless. The Gazpacho was great and looked very presentable. Its came with some options to add to it.
Then the main: the tartare got served when we were still having our starter. We had asked if the steak tartare was handcut with knives. The lady definitely said it’s cut with knives. This turned out to be untrue. Definitely made with a blender. Steak tartare fans wil know the difference. My plate came 5 minutes later to the table. The steak was great just a bit over salted and dry. The wine was great so easy to wash away but would be great to have had a bit of sauce option to tone down the salt slighly. No waiter to ask though. The desserts are the showstopper here. Love the reuse of the crème de catalán on this ‘Torijo’. It’s was great! Super big as-well so easy to share with 2. Overall a restaurant with great prices in a super location but I rather pay a bit more and have service that listens and answers truthfully.

My colleague recommended this place and it didnt disappoint. Heidi made my experience felt like I was at a seven star restaurant. I had the Bombes Barceloneta, paella and cake. The food was really good for the price which comes with wine and bread too. But the service was the cherry on top

Delicious food and excellent service! Our server Heidi made us feel like celebrities dining with her. The food was delicious and very well priced - we paid $60 for what felt like a $180 meal. Would highly recommend!
