A nice place to dine if you like an elegant, cool and stately setting, white table cloths and plush seating. It’s spacious but each table has a warm, intimate feel. The lighting is dim. The bathrooms are stylish and clean. The menu is varied and more casual style than the setting, offering typical Spanish dishes like paella, black rice, grilled sepia and potato bravas as well as burgers, steak, curries and pastas. The wine selection is small but sufficient. They also offer a children’s menu of chicken and chips or pasta, with drink and dessert, but you have to ask for it as it’s not on the main menu. I also saw stacks of highchairs at the back. Note that if you have an allergy to nuts all the rice dishes unfortunately contain nuts due to the stock used. The food is good here but not super amazing, I would visit again as overall it’s a nice and comfortable place to dine with a menu that caters for all. Suitable for larger groups but also the intimate table setting is great smaller groups and couples.

Staff somehow forgot about the front door despite multiple people having reservations. We ended up waiting for 10 minutes at the front door.
Main course was served cold and wasn't prepared correctly.
Starters were great and dessert was ok.

It was a very nice night in Flamant. Food was so delicious, Penny was very kind and helped us to choose our good, atmosphere was great! We will come back again.

Flamant in Barcelona is a hidden gem! The ambiance is warm, stylish, and perfect for a relaxed meal. Though the staff seemed a bit short-handed, the waiter, Dan, was still attentive and pleasant. The food didn’t disappoint — everything we ordered was flavorful and well-presented. The standout for me was the Black Rice with Cuttlefish — rich, savory, and absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back!

I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Flamant in Barcelona, and a big part of what made it so memorable was our server, Dan. He welcomed our company with warmth and genuine service. He was attentive, helping us with the menu and offering great recommendations on their meals.
Dan’s service was efficient and professional, drinks arrived promptly, any questions we had were answered with a smile, and he made sure we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. The atmosphere at Flamant is elegant yet relaxed, and Dan’s thoughtful attention added a personal touch that truly elevated our experience.
If you’re looking for not just great food but exceptional service from someone who makes you feel genuinely welcomed, Dan is definitely someone who goes above and beyond!
